OmniOutliner 5.1.1 fixes an issue preventing OmniOutliner from opening under OS X El Capitan. OmniOutliner 5.1 added localizations for 10 languages and fixed numerous bugs related to filters, pasting, and more.

OmniOutliner 5.1 adds localizations for 10 languages and fixes numerous bugs related to filters, pasting, and more.
- Localizations — OmniOutliner now supports Deutsch, Español, Français, 日本語, Nederlands, Italiano, Русский, 简体中文, Português do Brasil, 한국어.
- File Formats — The process of converting an oo3 file to ooutline has changed. The oo3 file will automatically be moved to the Trash and can be recovered from there.
- Templates — All templates offered in Essentials have been updated to include defined values for Heading 4-6. Previously they were undefined and inherited default values.
- Filters — Values of summary cells are visible to filters which fixes such issues as some checked rows appearing when filtering for unchecked.
- Inspectors — The Column Inspector will always remain visible when trying to edit its values.
- Sidebar — The Sections list will always reflect changes made to the outline.
- Attachments — Edits made to embedded attachments in flat files will be saved.
- Essentials — Save is disabled when viewing a Pro document in Essentials.
- Paste — Using Paste with Original Styles with content copied from Nisus Writer will paste as RTF.
- Paste — Using Paste with content copied from LibreOffice 5 will result in text instead of an image.
- Paste — Copying and pasting text to a new row when the source text had a level style set will not apply the Whole Document style value to it.
- Paste — Pasting into a row in Essentials won’t add extra style attributes.
- Columns — The Return key ends editing when changing a column title.
- Printing — The Column Titles style is retained in the print output.
- Notes — When viewing notes in-pane, text-wrapping will take visible scrollbars into account.
- Status — Setting the Status of a parent row to None is retained.
- Status — Copying and pasting rows between OmniOutliner documents will retain the Status value even if hidden.
- Performance — Greatly improved the performance of the HTML exporters which are also used for Quick Look.
- Keyboard — Esc will exit full screen mode under Mac OS X El Capitan when it doesn’t trigger editing or auto-completion.

OmniOutliner 2.10.2 is a minor update focused on stability and bug fixes.
- Styles — Fixed an issue with the Whole Document background color accidentally being applied to the text of new rows.
- Stability — Fixed a crash with importing a file from an external source when one was already opened.
- Localizations — The description text for the microphone permission prompt has been translated.

OmniOutliner 2.10.1 is a minor update focused on stability and bug fixes.
- Exports — In the file format picker, the .oo3 format will be labeled as “OmniOutliner 3 [Document|Template]” and the new .ooutline format will appear as “OmniOutliner [Document|Template]”
- Templates — .otemplate files are visible in the theme list.
- Styles — Appropriate color spaces are assigned and respected preventing small color shifts when working with OmniOutliner 5 for macOS.
- Dark Mode — The audio recording timestamp is visible in dark mode.
- Stability — Fixed a crash caused by pasting RTF or RTFD data most commonly encountered by copying from the Notes app.
- Stability — Fixed a crash encountered by closing OPML documents after making edits.
- Stability — Fixed a crash triggered by double-tapping on the filename in the toolbar.

- General — The Paste command functions in the save panel and document name popover. This also allows TextExpander to work in these cases.
- Exports — Exporting password protected documents to non-OmniOutliner file formats will correctly leave the output unencrypted.
- Copy/Paste — Moving rows between an .oo3 file and an .ooutline file that has the note icon column in different positions will correctly map column values.
- Outline View — Using the Show All Notes command when notes are collapsed in hidden rows will properly toggle the notes and update the command to change to Hide All Notes.
- Outline View — When the Scale to fit page width print option is off, page break indicators will appear when resizing a column by dragging on the column edge.
- Paste — Using the Paste command when content is copied from Nisus Writer will correctly paste without styles.
- Paste — Using the Paste command when content is copied from Google Chrome’s address bar will correctly paste without styles.
- Inspectors — The Long format label in the Column Type inspector for Duration columns has the correct background color.
- Sidebar — The checkboxes for Named Styles in the Styles sidebar no longer flicker when moving between rows with the arrow keys.
- General — Removed the locking ability of tabs in the sidebar and inspectors as they don’t serve any purpose in v5.
- Style View — The Style View row highlighting will clear when clicking in empty space above or below the outline.
- Document Stats — Note content will be counted in the Document Stats even when the column displaying the note icons is hidden.
- Columns — All documents in Essentials mode will use an autosizing outline column regardless of how the setting is configured.
- Exports — Fixed exporting to docx format when non-image attachments are embedded in the file. These files are not supported by the format and will be represented by the name of the attachment.
- Exports — Fixed exporting to the xlsx format when cells contain nothing but a link.
