OmniOutliner 4.0.6 fixes a crash that could occur while merging a parent and child row.
OmniOutliner 4.0.5 addresses the most frequently reported crash and a few other bugs.
- Outline view – Switching sections should no longer leave other rows that are not in the focused view visible.
- Stability – The above fix should prevent the most frequently reported crash that would happen randomly with any simple action.
- Hyperlinks – Editing the display name of a link and then editing the row again before saving should no longer cause the links to be lost.
- Sidebar – The selected state in the sidebar will once again be removed when you unfocus.
OmniOutliner 2.0.4 fixes a compatibility issue with iOS 7.1 and keyboard shortcuts, as well as a couple crashes.
- External keyboard: Fixed keyboard shortcuts causing erroneous font size changes when running iOS 7.1.
- Stability: Using the increase font size shortcut, ⌘-+, should no longer cause a crash when using a German keyboard.
- Stability: Copying an OmniPresence document that is waiting to be uploaded should no longer cause a crash.
Fixed
- Printing – Inserting manual page breaks should no longer mangle print output.
- Stability – Fixed a crash involving zooming with certain outline states.
- Help documentation – Fixed a handful of typos in the documentation and added a new section Getting Synced with OmniPresence and Omni Sync Server.
- Menus – Menus should now properly show the correct options when running without the Pro features.
OmniOutliner Pro 4.0.3 improves performance with long documents, and fixes numerous crashes and bugs.
- Notes — Fixed the issue with notes displayed in-pane disappearing at the start of editing.
- Stability — Fixed multiple crashes related to using the style theming interface.
- Performance — The performance of typing in long documents of certain configurations has been greatly improved. More optimizations are coming but if you have a file that is still performing badly and can share it with us, please send a copy to omnioutliner@omnigroup.com. Thank you!
- Attachments — Edits made to an embedded attachment during the same session as it was attached should now always be saved.
- Attachments — Linked attachments will now immediately appear as a generic file attachment instead of just after reopening the file. We will be looking at improving linked attachment support in future releases.
- Export — When characters are present that can not be represented in the plain text encoding selected, an error message reflecting that will now properly display instead of causing a hang.
