OmniGraffle 2.6 for iOS is a major update that adds the ability to submit stencils to Stenciltown from within the application and addresses bug fixes and stability improvements.

  • Stencils — The ability to submit your stencils directly to stenciltown.omnigroup.com from within the application has been added.
  • Export — We’ve added an Export button within the document view itself so there’s no longer a need to go out to the Document Browser in order to export. Using this control will export the currently viewed canvas.
  • Gestures — Due to an Undo stack issue, lines can no longer be rotated via gesture, but can be via the Geometry Inspector.
  • Gestures — Fixed an issue where quickly drawn freehand lines could disappear.
  • Release Notes — The release notes once again have side margins when viewing at compact widths.
  • Stability — Fixed a crash when changing a document’s Zoom Setting to PostScript points.

  • Gestures — Fixed an issue where the last selected object would get a touch indicator animation when starting a freehand drawing.
  • Alignment — Fixed a bug where aligning groups would cause components of the groups to align within the group as well as aligning with other groups. Groups.

  • Drawing — Fixed a rendering bug where selection highlight artifacts could be left on screen when rotation and moving groups.

OmniGraffle 2.5 for iOS is a major update that adds a shape recognition mode to the Freehand Tool, support for iPad Pro, and offers bug fixes and stability improvements.

  • Gestures — Shape recognition has been added as a switch for the Freehand Tool to toggle between drawing rough freehand shapes and preset shapes.
  • Gestures — Addressed an issue rotating a multi-selection.
  • Gestures — You can now use the gesture for switching canvases while using the Action Tool.
  • Gestures — Fixed a bug where touch indicators when long-pressing a resize handle were not showing up on the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus.
  • Performance — Addressed some lag issues when working with autosizing canvases.
  • Inspectors — Fixed a bug where the toolbar to the half-height inspector could stop working when opening a new document via Spotlight or 3D Touch shortcut.
