JavaScript Bookmarklets
A JavaScript bookmarklet is just like a normal bookmark, except that instead of the URL for the bookmark pointing to a page on the Internet or a file on your local hard disk, a Bookmarklet's URL is a little snippet of JavaScript code that executes when you select the bookmark or favorite. These are offered here 'as is' and we make no guarantee regarding their functionality.

This Bookmarklet will grab the title and address of the current page and use it to create a new message in your email client. OmniWeb has this functionality built-in under the File menu (Send Link) but this is a good example of the types of things that Bookmarklets can do.
