Our refund policy
We offer a 30-day return guarantee on all of our products—whether they're purchased through our very own Omni Group store or any of Apple's App Stores.
We want to ensure our apps are a good fit for you, so when we can (as is the case with all of our OS X applications), we offer a two week trial period for apps downloaded from our website. For those apps where we can't (as is the case with iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad apps), we have plenty of videos and tutorials available. We also have live human beings to answer any questions you might have!
If you decide to purchase and it's not as good a fit as you had originally hoped, just contact firstname.lastname@example.org, or call us at 1-800-315-OMNI (6664) or 206-523-4152 to receive a refund.
For purchases made through the Omni store, it would be helpful if you could provide any of the following so that we can track down your order: your order number, who purchased it, the date of the purchase, the license key, and/or the method of payment.
For purchases made through Apple, please include a PDF copy of your iTunes receipt or a screenshot of your purchase history with your Apple ID included in the image. Please let us know whether you'd like us to credit a PayPal account or issue a check.
