I may be able to retire FireFox. I keep it around for important web
pages that don't work in OmniWeb. Foremost among them are the
interactive charts and graphs on Schwab's research site. They all
seem to work in 5.5! Excellent.
It's hard for me to judge speed. I work usually via satellite. It's
transmission delays, especially with the clumsy https protocol, slow
all browsers. I'll leaved speed to others, but the increased
compatibility is most welcome.
