.pac support

I don't know about .pac support, but OmniWeb honours the proxy settings
from System Preferences for me. 5.1.3 and the 5.5 sneakypeeks happily
use my Squid proxy. There do seem to be some problems with FTP in the
sneakypeeks though.

I'm using 10.4.6 BTW.
