"Safe mode" for OmniWeb

Is there a "Safe Mode" for OmniWeb?  On a rare occasion, I've hit a  
site which either locked up OmniWeb, or crashed the browser.  I  
normally have the Workspaces turned on to bring up any tabs I had  
open when I closed OW down, so if it tries to bring back the same  
tabs again, OW will just lock up or crash again.  Is there a way to  
start OW back up without loading up the tabs again?
