If you have the Developer tools installed on your computer, I imagine  
you could OmniWeb's package contents, find the OmniWeb.nib file in  
Contents/Resources/English.lproj, and then shorten some of the menu  
items yourself.

Would that work for you, or is that a little more work than you are  
looking for?
