Detachable sidebar

Hello group, hello developers,

I've got wish about a function that is standard for other programms:

1. The sidebar with the tabs should be detachable to take it anywhere
all over the screen.
2. Second is to change the size in every direction of the sidebar when
it is detached.

I hope you understand my wish.
