Safari (2.0.3, being still on OS X 10.4.4) displays it, as does  
Firefox (1.5.0.1). Direct rendering of XML+XSL (or whatever else) is  
a pretty
recent thing, so I am pretty sure that OW 5.5 will handle it, but OW  
5.1.3
cannot handle it directly.

I doubt that there is some plug-in to enable this. There may be some
online "translation tool" (i.e., XML->HTML), but I am not aware of any.

So your best bet here is to use Safari, until 5.5 appears...
