Actually, I have this preference set to provide pages in my preferred
language
which is English. Changing that preference does nothing for me even
when I
flush the cache. My system-wide International Preferences are also
set to
English. So it looks like this is broken for me. It isn't working as
expected.
Language is something you can set in the site preferences. Do you
perhaps have
that set differently for the other sites?
Curious especially with jem's observations added.
