Can't reach google.cn

It's kind of interesting, I have English as my preferred language. If I in OW
types www.google.com I'm redirected to www.google.se, the same thing happens
if I type www.google.cn.

If I switch to Safari:  www.google.com => www.google.se, but www.google.cn is
displayed

Firefox:  www.google.com => www.google.se, but www.google.cn is displayed

iCab: www.google.com => www.google.se, but www.google.cn is displayed
