Ad blocking in OmniWeb

Hi all

I've some real trouble setting up some good ad blocking filters. The main issue is that I don't get a clue from the online help in OmniWeb.

I've just started to read and learn about the subject at http://www.regular-expressions.info/, but can anyone provide with an easy-to-go information on how I can create some good filters in OmniWeb.

All ideas are more than welcome.
