feature requst regarding bookmark page

I would love if it worked to:
open a bookmark tab, and drag the others tab into bookmarkfolders.
Always when I have a page I want to bookmark, I open a new tab with  
the bookmarks, to look where it fits in, or make a new folder for it.  
And then it would be very cool if I could just drag the tab into the  
bookmarks.
