This is as "intended". Too many other browsers use Command-= to be
equivalent to Command-+ to make text bigger. So the folks at Omnigroup
went along with it even though many of us who have used Command-=
for OmniDictionary (and earlier dictionaries) objected strongly.

I don't use the shortcut. Yes, I'm annoyed every time I have to go to
the menu. No, I don't want to install some workaround. I don't want
to have to learn some other shortcut that doesn't have meaning for me.
