Caching bugs?

Hi,

I've noticed OW 5.1 sometimes behaves oddly using back/forward cache.
When you go from a webpage with a frameset (e.g. index.html consisting 
of index_l.html and index_r.html) to another webpage without framesets 
and go back and forth in between, OW seems to miscache sometimes (e.g. 
index_l.html twice). This seems to happen only with webpages with 
framesets. Have anyone experienced similar problems like me?
