I want Favorites, not Personal Bookmarks

I missed that because my Personal Bookmarks tree is long enough to push
the Favorites out of view.
Now that I've experimented a bit more with Add to Bookmarks, I can see
it's not what I want for my Favorites tree because ...
1. My complete list of all Favorites folders is several screens tall.
2. The popup menu in the Add to Bookmarks defaults to the last used
folder in my Favorites tree, which is effectively a random location.
So I'll continue dragging favicons into the Bookmarks window. This has
the additional advantage of allowing me to put the new bookmark just
where I want it in a folder.
