I want Favorites, not Personal Bookmarks

The Favorites are in the Add To Bookmarks list down at the bottom.
After you choose it, it will be the default for future additions.
If you aren't getting a panel to place the added bookmark,
hold down the Control key when choosing Add to Bookmarks.

I don't see a way to have the Favorites be the default in the
Bookmarks window. There doesn't seem to be even an undocumented
setting for that in the preferences file. I vote for bringing
up the first item from the Collections list in the big list.

I'd like to be able to create a new bookmarks folder from the
bookmarks menu without opening the bookmarks page. That would
work like the Add to Bookmarks.
