I want Favorites, not Personal Bookmarks

Long ago I abandoned my Personal Bookmarks tree of bookmarks because I 
prefer starting with the Favorites tree to locate the bookmark I want.

Since Add to Bookmarks is limited to the Personal Bookmarks tree, I 
open the Bookmarks window whenever I want to record a book, dragging 
the favicon from the toolbar into the appropriate place in my Favorites 
tree.

Unfortunately, each time I open my Bookmarks window, it defaults to the 
Personal Bookmarks collection.  I was pleased when I found I could drag 
my Favorites collection to the top of the list, but my pleasure was 
short-lived because it doesn't affect OmniWeb's passion for the 
Personal Bookmarks.

My requests are simple:

1.  Allow Add to Bookmarks to access the Favorites collection.

2.  Provide a means so the Favorites collection is selected when the 
Bookmarks window opens.

A user preference for default bookmark collection would take care of 
both.
