Custom CSS

Jon,

Launch Terminal.app, and type

defaults write com.omnigroup.OmniWeb5 OWUserStyleSheetLocation 
file:///Users/your account/Documents/OWCSS.css

press Return and that's all.
You can drag and drop your CSS on to the Terminal window instead of 
designating the file path. 
Enjoy. :)
