5.1 upgrade: licence?

I'm a bit confused (nothing unusual) about the 5.1 licence.

I've only just bought OmniWeb 5.0, yet when OW alerted me that the 5.1 
b2 was available (I already had b1) it said this would be a paid 
upgrade, that I would need a new licence.

Is this the case? As I said, i've only just bought v5. I didn't 
anticipate having to pay for an upgrade so soon.

Thankyou for any enlightenment on this one. I thought I should post it 
instead of emailing it via Feedback, as I may not be the only person 
confused by this. (You never know...)
