*real* type-ahead find

Aaahhh.. I didn't know you needed to type a trigger to get it rollin'. 
Now it works!

I think this and the link finding feature should be combined (as it is 
in the Mozilla browsers, and the Saft plugin for Safari) so that links 
*and* text are found together, and you can follow a link by hitting 
return if it's highlighted.

There also should be a preference (or defaults, if that's considered 
better) to either enable "/" as a trigger, or to automatically allow 
this to start working when you start typing (as the links find feature 
works now).

At the moment (which you probably know) hitting cmd+g to move to the 
next match doesn't work, but besides that, and the ability to find and 
follow links, this is a very welcome addition (and gives me one reason 
less to go back to Firefox or Safari).
