"Waiting for available connection" status message

Hi,

I'm seeing the message "Waiting for available connection" in OW5's the
status bar more and more often recently when trying to load a new page.

Though this is probably not an OmniWeb problem, does this message give
any indication as to where the problem actually lies or, what it means
specifically? It often shows 2 to 6 seconds before loading the page
actually starts.

I am connected via a Router/Firewall to the net via DSL.
