"Cannot Load Address"

I just ran into this the other day and it was most annoying. Some pages
would load and I could navigate back and forth and other pages would
just throw this error. I didn't see any pattern to it. Quitting OW and
restarting fixed the problem. This is only the second time I recall
seeing this happen.
