Having seen this debate rage on other lists, I'd have to disagree. You 
only realise how many people can't validate your keys when they start 
telling you. Eudora users in particular get very vocal.

If anyone ever questions the authenticity of one of my posts, they can 
mail me and I'll send them a key. Public mailing lists are not that 
important that we actually care that you are who you claim to be.
