OW5b2 -- tab drawer always opens on the left

I had my window's drawer open on the right and also set the preference 
for the tab drawer on the right. After updating to OW 5b2, the 
tab-drawers would open on the left for my 'old' windows. (They were 
hidden when I opened OW 5b2 for the first time and then opened on the 
left instead of the right.)
