OW5b2 -- tab drawer always opens on the left

Same here. I've set it to left and again to right, then it works when I 
hit cmd-opt-t again. Now that I've set all my workspaces straight, it 
works just fine and is even remembered through restarts. even for new 
windows. :) (or was it _only_ a problem with old windows?)
