PageDown & Space going to next tab: Preference, please

Although I like the idea that PageDown actually goes to the next tab 
after having scrolled to the bottom of the current tab, I also find it 
not very practical. My keyboard doesn't have an 'End' button, so I use 
Cmd-ArrowDown usually, which works in Safari but now switches tabs in 
OW5. The only other thing I can think of is holding down the PgDown 
key, then it stops at the bottom of the page, which is ooooookay. Can 
we have a preference for 'Keys' or something? I'd love to remap some 
things...
