PDF Browser Plugin

I did confirm OW 4.5 will never fail to crash as soon as it begins to 
load any PDF files under Panther. The plugin itself works well with 
Safari 1.1 and Camino.
I haven't tested it with OW 4.2.1 (it doesn't run on Panther) or under 
Jaguar, though.
