JavaScript Behavior in Framesets

Hello,

I've noticed a strange JavaScript behavior in framesets when using 
OW4.5.

Try reaching
http://www.klassik-heute.com/cgi-bin/index.cgi
and click "CD/DVD" button in the upper area. Then click any CD booklet 
inside the lower central frame. When the review has been displayed, 
click "zuruck" (meaning "back") in the frame. And then, the whole 
frameset, instead of the previous frame, is displayed inside the frame. 
This is 100% reproducible.

OW4.2.1 and also Safari won't behave like this. they just behave as 
expected.

Is this a OW4.5's bug? Or does the site writes the wrong JavaScript 
syntax?
