4.5, still crashy

	While a clean install of the operating system might clear out the 
possibilities of one of your (many) haxies going arye... I think he 
meant trashing OmniWeb, and then downloading a new version and 
installing it. And going to a second user on the machine would 
eliminate any possibility that you have corrupted settings files (the 
history file has been a chronic problem for example).
	Even though I tend to abuse my web browsers quite a bit (developing 
weird web pages) I don't see more than 1 crash a week on a number of 
different computers, so there is something in your setup that is going 
wrong.
