Improving Tabs

The HIG never had a webbrowser with tabs in mind, as Cmd-Ctrl-W to 
close _PART_ of a window is certainly the most anti-common-sense 
behaviour. Cmd-W closes the frontmost window, and tabbed browsing puts 
more windows than one into one window. Therefore it closes the 
frontmost tab. I'm pretty sure Apple will change the HIG one day in 
reference to Safari...
