Can not display this page - here's another one

Hi there,

Can anyone view the following website under OW?
http://www.screen.co.jp/
(Japanese page; for English, click the "English" in the middle frame.)
In my configurations under OW (both 4.5rc1 and 4.2.1), only "Not found" 
messages are displayed, whereas other browsers (IE, Mozilla, iCab and 
Safari) can display the page without any problem.
I tried to disguise the app name to IE, Netscape, or Safari, turned the 
privacy filtering off, but OW won't display the page.
Do you have any idea on this?

I'm using iMac TFT Combo 700MHz, 768MB RAM.

FYI - this is the website of the manufacturer of the Japanese 
"Hiragino" font family for Mac OS X.
