4.5b1 license expired

I have no affiliation with the OmniGroup, but expect the final 4.5 
release to have the same license as OmniWeb 4.2.  Also, I would expect 
another beta in the very near future.  Currently they are merging 
Webcore v85 into OmniWeb 4.5 and once they are happy that it is stable 
they should be ready to release OW 4.5 final.
