4.2 vs 4.5sp

If only -

OW4.5sp36 Source Editor would handle Unicode correctly!
I always get the UTF-8 code instead of Unicode characters.

This to me is a long standing bug - I did report several times.
Up to OW4.5 I could reload the page/frame/window and
edit then - but no chance with OW4.5 anymore, sorry.

With OW4.2 the Source Editor gets irritated when you get the
page/frame/window from any back (or dock)  to the front again.
But reload will correct this - in OW4.2
