"Silent" download is confusing

When a download comes from the cache it does not appear in the 
downloads window again.  I will file a bug on this.

Adobe Reader 6.0 needs to be your default application for PDF files 
(set in Finder's Get Info panel) and it needs to appear in the list of 
applications that it's safe for OmniWeb to launch in order to handle a 
completed download.  You can add items to the list in the Downloads 
preference pane and I have added "Adobe Reader 6.0" to our default list 
of safe applications (so if you have never modified your list you'll 
pick up the addition in the next release).
