Both of my computers had the same problem. In ~/Library/Application
Support/OmniWeb there was an old HistoryIndex.ox.lock that was over a
year old which was causing the problem. Quitting OmniWeb and then
deleting the lock manually did the trick. On both machines this lock
file was much older than the start of the 4.5sp releases, so I'm not
sure what left it there (an omniweb crash that I had to force kill
instead of crashcatcher I would guess), or why omniweb had been
silently happy up until sp32...
