"Your global history is already being used ..."

The 4.5sp32 Release Notes say ...

"Running a second copy of OmniWeb now asks whether you want to disable
history indexing for this session, delete the current index, or just
quit instead of assuming it is a crash and deleting the index."

My experience since installing this new release is that each time I
start OmniWeb I get a message that says ...

Your global history index is already being used on the
	machine 'Ward-Clarks-Computer.local".

... with Quit, Delete Index, and Disable Index buttons.

I'm running only the new release OmniWeb. And ogging out and back in
did not clear this problem.

The first few times I encountered this message, I pushed the "Disable
Index". Then I tried "Delete Index". Finally I tried logging out and
in. There appears to be no way to eliminate this message.

Is anyone else seeing this problem?
