"MIG: server died" message in 4.5sp21

4.5sp21 became unresponsive on me while downloading a page (spinning
wheel of death).  I let left it alone, expecting a crash.  Some minutes
later, it became responsive again and seemed to be working okay.  But I
noticed this message in Console:

	May  8 03:00:04 localhost /Users/eugene/Applications/communication/OmniWeb.app/Contents/MacOS/OmniWeb: MIG: server died : CGSExtractEventRecordsFromMessage
