I've also had the same problem with 4.2 but what I experience with 4.5sp
seems somehow different. On some sites. I can use the submit buttons
half the time but they sometime have no effect (no back and reload
there).
Quitting OW and opening it back sometimes (rarely) do the trick. I never
had this issue with previous versions of OW.
The problem is that it does not appear all the time for the same page so
it's difiicult to send a decent bug report.
