4.2 Final popup-button behaviour

Hi Scott, and all,

I've just recently updated from 4.2 beta 2 to 4.2 Final and I've 
noticed that the popup-buttons which used to act like a menu when 
using the keyboard - allowing you to see all the choices at once 
(which was great), now act like IE where it simply shows one choice 
at a time - the current choice. So you've got no idea what other 
choices there are quickly without using the mouse.

Is there a defaults write to revert this behaviour?
Or is there some way you could reintroduce this behaviour for those 
of us still on Mac OS X 10.1.5?
