Scroll-Wheel in OW 4.5sp1-3

It seems like my scroll wheel mouse is too fast again. Remembered 
something from 4.1.1 that Scott wrote. Could it be that OW now (again) 
has its own scroll wheel support and doubles the effort for some 
reason? Can I disable it with

defaults write com.omnigroup.OmniWeb 
OAScrollWheelTargetScrollFactor-10.2

or a similar command?
