No Save As..PDF

Hello all,

The OmniWeb 4.2.1 beta 'Save As' option for PDF doesn't seem to work.  
Option+shift does not bring up the PDF option. I  downloaded the beta 
twice to make sure. Anybody else?

Most browsers will save a web page along with the embedded images. How 
do you do this with OW? When selecting
the "Save Linked -> Images-Documents"  item from the File menu I get a 
file browser for the hard disk. What am I missing here?

What is the "Save All" for? It doesn't seem to do anything.  I need 
some help here.
