4.2b1 toolbar goes blank

We have one developer in house who was seeing this before we released 
the beta.  We have not been able to reproduce it on any other systems 
here, though we have had a few other external reports of it happening 
since the beta was released.

We're looking into this and should we need configuration information of 
any kind we'll be sure to contact you.  Thanks for your report!
