4.2b1 toolbar goes blank

For the record, the proper syntax to open a new window is:

target="_blank"

Without the underscore, you're simply telling the browser to open a new
window and call it "blank".  This means that if you click two links with
that target, the second will load over the first (i.e. In the same window).
