4.2b1 toolbar goes blank

Since I started using OmniWeb 4.2b1 earlier today, I've had 5-10 
occurrences of the toolbar going nearly blank, i.e., all of the buttons 
are gone, and I'm left with an empty location bar.  Hiding and 
revealing the toolbar (via the menu bar's right "lozenge") restores the 
buttons.

What seems to trigger the invisible toolbar seems to be opening a new 
page, either in the same window or a new window.  It doesn't seems to 
have anything to do with what page I'm on, and I have not been able to 
reproduce the problem.

My toolbar is configured for Icons only and Small icons, if that makes 
any difference.

Has anyone else seen this problem?
