Maybe for each page, create a truncated/filtered title that is used for
the Window menu instead of the actual title?  Or maybe Apple is using
some undocumented API?  :-)

The OAWindowCascadeDisabled key was *missing* on my box.  I don't know
how.  I went ahead and recreated the key with a boolean value of "No".
All fixed.  Much better.  Thank you Scott (and Lachlan).

And at least I'm not screaming for tabbed browsing.  ;-)
