Depends. The KHTML stuff is in a framework. If the KHTML license is like
LGPL, Omni could still sell the app. I think - I'm not an open source 
license
pedant/lawyer.

Note that Apple doesn't provide source for Safari, just their wrappers 
around
the KDE stuff. For Apple, at least, it seems that using KHTML hasn't
required them to release source for the entire Safari application. The 
same
would be true of Omni.
