Greg,
This page makes use of some things that OmniWeb does not yet fully
support (CSS/layers). The scrolling area that appears in other
browsers is actually a layer that is clipped around the edges and the
arrows on the page use JavaScript to scroll the content up or down.
We do plan to have support for this type of thing in the next major
version of OmniWeb.
